Dale & Kathy Gilmore
Dale and Kathy are founders of the Minnesota House of Prayer. Dale has served churches as pastor in Minnesota for 33 years. Kathy's work background includes reporting for a local newspaper, working as an agent for several travel agencies, teaching in preschool settings, and working as an administrative assistant at a publisher for early childhood education. Since Dale & Kathy left their last parish in 2004, they have worked to encourage the establishment of houses of prayer around the state. Dale, with Kathy's support, has begun and led statewide and citywide prayer groups throughout his ministry. Dale's passion is for people to have a vision of God’s past work in Minnesota coupled with what God desires to do now in our state. Kathy's passion is to see God’s healing and restoration in our state. Together they bring a heart to see God release a new move of worship and prayer in MN.
Dale & Kathy have been married for 47 years and they make their home in South St. Paul. They have two grown sons, living in Africa and Arizona, and 5 grandchildren, from age 4 to 18.
Brian & Linda Holmes
Brian & Linda are the directors of the Becker International House of Prayer located in Becker, MN. They have been serving in ministry and the arts for twenty years. The Holmes' have a heart to see the arts released from a place of prayer and worship and own the companies White Horse Productions and White Horse Press, a feature film company and publishing company respectively. Brian & Linda have been married for 30 years and make their home in Becker, MN. They have two grown children and three grandchildren from the ages of 2 to 9.
Alissa Holmes has been part of the prayer movement in MN for the last 12 years. She serves as the Executive Pastor and Development Director of the Twin Cities Justice House of Prayer in Minneapolis, MN. Her work ranges from managing the admin department, to fundraising, to leading worship at TCJHOP. She also serves as the Development Coordinator for a local non-profit, Door of Hope, that serves those impacted by domestic abuse and trauma. Alissa is a musician, a writer and an artist. She believes deeply in creativity in the House of Prayer and its application in everything from the way we worship to the way we fundraise. When not fundraising or in the house of prayer, you can catch Alissa in a local folk band or generally creating things.
Mike and Amber Bain currently reside in Minneapolis, MN with their daughter Avigail. Mike serves as the House of Prayer Director at the Twin Cities Justice House of Prayer, and is full-time as an intecessory missionary. Amber previously worked in the marketplace, managing retail, but recently resigned to focus on her health and support Mike in the ministry.
As a family they enjoy movies, sing-offs traveling, playing games, listening to all kinds of music, family snuggles, and Star Wars.
